With cap rates and debt yields holding steady, second quarter findings suggest that 2016’s small balance multifamily lending volume will reach the upper bound of projections made in earlier reports. On an annualized basis, the year-to-date tally discussed in this quarter’s report reflects a 10.1 percent increase over small balance activity in 2015.
