Justin Elshire is Vice President, Seniors Housing and Healthcare for Arbor Realty Trust. Mr. Elshire is responsible for delivering client-specific solutions across all agency platforms, as well as structured loan products specifically relating to seniors housing and healthcare properties. This includes skilled nursing, memory care, continuing care retirement communities, assisted living, independent living facilities, and hospitals.

Based in Arbor’s South Florida office, Mr. Elshire will have national reach helping clients and sponsors with acquisitions, refinancing and recapitalizations of their healthcare real estate.

Mr. Elshire has extensive experience in commercial and corporate banking. He joined Arbor most recently from TD Bank, where he sourced and developed new banking relationships and opportunities for privately held, middle-market, commercial and industrial companies with $20M – $750M in annual revenue.

Mr. Elshire received a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University and a dual major Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Financial Institutions from Ball State University.
