Rob Ferguson


Rob Ferguson is an originator based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is responsible for originating all of Arbor’s loan offerings, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, SFR Portfolios, CMBS, Bridge, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity transactions, with a general concentration in HUD 221(d)(4) new construction projects and seniors housing.

With more than 15 years of experience as a health and life insurance agent, broker, and agency president and co-owner, Mr. Ferguson has extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector. He also has a long track record of originating loans with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and CMBS. As director and loan originator at Berkeley Point Capital – Newmark Knight Frank, he and his team generated more than $300M in new opportunities with a focus on seniors housing. Prior to that, he served as president of Health Benefits US in Raleigh, NC.
