UNIONDALE, NY (October 22, 2019) – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently financed a Fannie Mae Green Rewards DUS® loan in Little Rock, AR. The property received $12.2M in funding through the program with a 12-year fixed interest rate.
