Arbor Funds $12.8M Fannie Mae DUS® Loan in Tucker, GA
UNIONDALE, NY (July 8, 2019) – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently funded a Fannie Mae Dus Loan in Tucker, GA. Pinewood Townhomes, a 98-unit multifamily property, received $12.8M in acquisition funding through the transaction. The hybrid loan provides a five year, fixed-rate term.
