Arbor Funds $17.6M in Fannie Mae Small Loans Portfolio in Cincinnati, OH
UNIONDALE, NY (September 19, 2019) – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently funded a portfolio of loans totaling $17.6M under the Fannie Mae Small Loans program in Cincinnati, OH. These are all acquisitions with seven-year hybrid, two-year interest only terms.
Vincent Chiodo of Arbor’s New York City office originated the loans.
