Arbor Funds $4.5M Fannie Mae DUS® Green Rewards Loan in Huntsville, AL
UNIONDALE, NY (December 17, 2019) – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently financed a Fannie Mae DUS® Green Rewards loan in Huntsville, AL. The property received $4.5M in acquisition funding through the program.
