Arbor Funds $7.8M Fannie Mae DUS® Loan in Greensboro, NC
UNIONDALE, NY (December 9, 2019) – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently funded a $7.8M Fannie Mae DUS® loan in Greensboro, NC. Arbor provided the financing for Chapel Walk, a 128-unit multifamily property.
