Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. Announces Pricing of Senior Notes due 2023

Uniondale, N.Y., March 8, 2018 — Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: ABR) today announced the pricing of $100 million in aggregate principal amount of 5.625% senior unsecured notes due May 1, 2023 at 100% of par, in a private offering. The offering is expected to close on March 13, 2018, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to fund the redemption of its 7.375% Notes due May 15, 2021, to make investments relating to its business and for general corporate purposes.

The notes to be offered have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), or any state securities laws and, unless so registered, the notes may not be offered or sold in the United States except pursuant to an exemption from, or in a transaction not subject to, the registration requirements of the Securities Act and applicable state securities laws. The notes will be offered only to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers (as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act) or institutional accredited investors (as defined under Regulation D of the Securities Act).
