WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

  • F/T employees who have been employed by Arbor for at least 90 days and must be, at a minimum, meeting expectations of their role, not be on a performance improvement plan or any type of warning.
  • Two nominations must be received before eligible nominee is recognized.

 

WHAT QUALITIES SHOULD THE EMPLOYEE EXEMPLIFY?

Any employee who promotes the core values of Arbor, or goes the extra mile with a coworker or customer,
or promotes teamwork, collaboration and a positive work environment.

 

HOW WILL THE EMPLOYEE BE RECOGNIZED?

  • Recognition Certificate
  • $25 Gift Card to one (1) nominee per month
  • Recognition on Captivate and the Arbor X-Change via a feature story.

 

WHO MAKES THE FINAL CHOICE?
The Corporate Culture Committee will select the nominee they think best exemplifies Arbor’s values and mission each month. (By majority vote, anonymous submission)
