Robert Percacciolo

Senior Vice President, Agency Lending Operations

Robert Percacciolo is responsible for identifying and implementing front-to-back, solutions-oriented processes and procedures to help Arbor grow its position as one of the nation’s premier multifamily lenders. Leveraging previous credit experience, he works directly with both the originations and underwriting teams to help meet borrowers’ needs while ensuring that Arbor and its partners’ interests are upheld.

Mr. Percacciolo began his career at Arbor as an Underwriting Processing Analyst in 2013. He has held various positions within the company, including associate underwriter, CMBS deal manager, senior underwriter, and Vice President of Agency Lending Operations. His responsibilities have included the collection and review of loan diligence; the review and approval of third-party reports; and preparation/presentation of credit memos to Arbor’s Loan Committee. Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Percacciolo was an underwriter at Emigrant Funding.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Stonehill College.
