Drew Szczerba is responsible for creating and maintaining Arbor’s expense allocation model to accurately assign costs across multiple business segments. He also works to establish and enhance forecasting methods to improve flexibility and timelines, develops and evaluates budget performance, and identifies opportunities for cost savings.

Mr. Szczerba joined Arbor in 2005 as a Senior Financial Analyst. During his tenure, he has worked directly with the Chief Financial Officer to write scripts for public quarterly earnings calls and pertinent sections of earnings releases and SEC filings.

Mr. Szczerba earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
