You will arrive at the “Registration page for Arbor’s 2025 Annual Bracket Challenge (the “Contest”) where you will fill in your username, password, contact information, Arbor sales representative and qualitative questions. The bracket will be updated with teams following selection announcements on March 16, 2025. The four (4) play-in games on March 18-19th, 2025 are not a part of the Contest; no predictions are required or accepted. Predictions are required only for the games beginning Thursday, March 20, 2025. Play-in game teams will initially be displayed together as one selection, until the winner is determined, at which time the losing team will be removed. You must follow Pool Tracker’s official rules regarding deadlines, pick submissions, etc. for the Contest. One entry per person permitted.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older. Employees of Arbor, its affiliates, directors, agents, subsidiaries (collectively with Arbor, the “Contest Entities”) and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible to participate. To be eligible, participants must be listed in Arbor’s Salesforce.com client database and assigned an Arbor Originator as of March 20, 2025. It is in Arbor’s sole and absolute discretion to determine who is in the client database.
PRIZES: There will be one First Place Winner of a $1,000 USD American Express gift card, one Second Place Winner of a $600 USD American Express gift card, and one Third Place Winner of a $300 USD American Express gift card. In the event of a tie between participants for the three (3) prizes described immediately above, the participant who selected the closest total final score for the Championship Round will be declared winner of the tiebreaker. In the event a tie remains after the initial tiebreaker, the participant with the earlier Contest entry time stamp will be declared the winner of the final tiebreaker. Any decision regarding tiebreakers shall be in Arbor’s sole and absolute discretion (collectively, all of the foregoing, the “TieBreak Rules”).
Deadline for Contest entry is: March 20, 2025 at 11:59am EST. The prize winners will be eligible participants who correctly picked winners in the 2025 NCAA Division Men’s Basketball Tournament games and earned the most overall points as determined by scoring totals.
Arbor will also select a Strongest Team which will receive one (1) prize. Upon registration, entrants will have the option of affiliating their bracket selections with their Arbor Sales Team member to form a team. The Strongest Team will consist of the predictions from the entrant. The Strongest Team winner will be the team who has two (2) or more participants and the highest overall average score in the tournament. In the event of a tie for the Strongest Team, the TieBreak Rules will apply. The Strongest Team winner(s) will receive an Arbor embroidered jacket, and subject to Arbor’s discretion, may be eligible to receive additional custom Arbor merchandise.
The prize winners will be selected upon the completion of the Contest, on or about April 8, 2025. The winners will be notified by e-mail, mail and/or phone approximately one week after the end of the Contest.

Non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
