Salvatore Villani

Senior Vice President, Senior Transaction Counsel

Salvatore Villani is responsible for managing legal matters related to Arbor’s bridge lending platform, in addition to negotiating all legal aspects of multifamily and structured loan transactions. In this role, he also handles the negotiation and documentation of loan workouts and modifications and provides legal support for various Arbor departments.

Prior to joining Arbor in 2005, Mr. Villani practiced law at the firms of Clifford Chance LLP and Herrick Feinstein LLP, where he represented lenders and investment banks in the origination of construction, bridge, and mezzanine loans secured by real estate.

Mr. Villani holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan University and a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New York.
