Arbor Funds $7.5M Fannie Mae DUS® Loan in Cincinnati, OH
UNIONDALE, NY (January 22, 2020) – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a leading multifamily and commercial mortgage lender, recently funded a Fannie Mae DUS® loan in Cincinnati, OH. The multifamily property received $7.5M in financing through the program, with a 12-year fixed rate and three years of interest only payments.
