Adam Dratch

Adam Dratch is responsible for managing all legal matters related to Arbor’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac platforms from loan origination through delivery. In this role, he provides support and direction both internally and to closing counsel on questions related to legal diligence and Agency Guide compliance.

Mr. Dratch joined Arbor in 2010 and has held several position within the Closing and Legal teams before being promoted to his current role. Prior to Arbor, he practiced law at Cassin and Cassin LLP, representing lenders in the financing of commercial and multifamily properties.

Mr. Dratch received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University and a Juris Doctor from Pace Law School.
