Carl Koebler manages Arbor’s front-end screening group. He oversees the company’s screening pipeline, manages its team of screeners, and acts as a Arbor’s liaison to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Mr. Koebler joined Arbor as a Screening Analyst in 2011. He served as an Underwriter before becoming the Director of Screening. He previously worked as an investment analyst at NorthMarq Capital.
Mr. Koebler holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from the University of New Hampshire.
