David Tevis

Originator

David Tevis joined Arbor in 2019. He is responsible for originations across all of Arbor’s portfolio of diverse loan products including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, SFR Portfolios, Private Label, Bridge, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity transactions nationwide.

Prior to his career at Arbor, Mr. Tevis served as an Origination Associate for a New York City-based debt fund. In this capacity, he structured and underwrote high-yield bridge loans.

Mr. Tevis graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He received a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investments from New York University.
