Eduardo Moreno

Eduardo Moreno, a Team Leader within the Structured Asset Management department, manages multifamily bridge loans in Florida and Texas. He oversees a group of asset managers and analysts in Miami and Dallas who ensure borrowers comply with loan document provisions, meet performance thresholds, and established construction deadlines.

Before joining Arbor in 2021, Mr. Moreno was a Senior Vice President at LNR Partners where he managed a team of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) loan asset managers and analysts in the Loan Asset Management department.

Mr. Moreno earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and General Management from Boston College.
