Gina Osborn

Gina Osborn is the Team Lead for Structured Loans in Arbor’s Atlanta office overseeing asset managers who handle borrower compliance on Bridge Loans in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Virginia.

Ms. Osborn joined Arbor in 2021 with approximately 25 years of multifamily real estate industry experience. Previously, she was a Managing Director at RangeWater Real Estate and Director, Multifamily Investments at Passco Companies, LLC.

Ms. Osborn has a Bachelor of Science in English from the University of Florida.
