Giulio Rana joined Arbor in 2010. Mr. Rana is responsible for the oversight and management of multifamily and commercial structured transactions sourced by Arbor’s Originations network. In addition, he manages the deal flow of structured loan production, including the screening and underwriting process, while leading and developing a growing finance team.

Mr. Rana brings extensive real estate finance experience to Arbor. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rana was an Associate at Blackrock in its real estate equity group. Prior to that, he spent six years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management as an Associate, working in the portfolio and risk management groups.

Mr. Rana earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from New York University.
