The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced a $3 billion boost to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s volume cap for loan purchases in 2025 to $146 billion ($73 billion for each agency). Glenn Pressler

Senior Vice President, Construction, Structured Asset Management

Glenn Pressler manages all reserve disbursements for bridge and Built-to-Rent (BTR) construction loans, handles insurance losses, and oversees and funds restorations. He has been with Arbor since 2007.

Prior to joining Arbor, he was the Director of Operations of Roosevelt Field Mall. Mr. Pressler oversaw the completion and continues to oversee the daily operations and capital projects of the North Shore Hebrew Academy High School. He has more than 40 years of industry experience.

Mr. Pressler earned a Bachelor’s Degree from LIU Post.
