Jim Fiesel

Vice President, Sales

Jim Fiesel is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, SFR Portfolios, CMBS, Private Label, Bridge, Mezzanine, and Preferred Equity transactions nationwide.

Mr. Fiesel was previously a member of Arbor’s Sales team from 2015 to 2022, rising through the Originations ranks to Vice President, and rejoined Arbor in 2024. He has also held roles at Meridian Capital Group and Capodagli Property Company.

Mr. Fiesel graduated from St. Joseph’s University’s Erivan K. Haub School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
