Ken Fazio joined Arbor in 2007 and is responsible for Arbor’s overall loan production through the recruitment and management of Arbor’s National Sales Team. Mr. Fazio has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate lending industries and possesses more than 20 years of sales management experience.

Mr. Fazio oversees the implementation of Arbor’s sales strategy along with the development of new and emerging markets. These efforts, in collaboration with those of the entire Arbor team, have aided the company in becoming and remaining a Top 10 Fannie Mae DUS® lender for more than a decade.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the State University of New York.
