Mario Arena

Mario Arena acts as the primary servicing attorney for the Agency Asset Management, Securitized SFR, and Securitized Arbor Private Label mortgage loan teams. He is responsible for ensuring compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and FHA guidelines. He works closely with Risk Management to mitigate risk on defaulted loans and advises on foreclosure, bankruptcy, and other workout options.

Mr. Arena has been an attorney focused on mortgage servicing in the multifamily housing market for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Arbor in 2018, he was a private practice attorney.

Mr. Arena has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Western New England University and a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Maine.
