Matthew Tasca

Matthew Tasca is responsible for overseeing agency front-end screening and the underwriting of all deals to ensure a timely close.

Mr. Tasca joined Arbor as a Screening Analyst in 2007. During his tenure, he has held the positions of Agency Underwriter and Deputy Chief Underwriter, where he was responsible for screening, processing and underwriting Fannie Mae executions; completing borrower credit reviews to ensure compliance with Fannie Mae guidelines; and conducting property due diligence, including the review of zoning ordinances and tax analysis. Prior to coming to Arbor, Mr. Tasca served as an Associate for AEW Capital Management.

Mr. Tasca holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College.
