Ronen Abergel is a Managing Director based in Arbor’s Long Island office. By leveraging deep and long-term internal relationships, he quickly delivers aggressive quotes specifically structured to his client’s profile, business plan, and timeline. In underwriting, he can overcome obstacles that arise by working with his credit team to find solutions and close the loan. With a focus on long-term relationships, he is constantly growing his book with strong sponsors and mortgage brokers.

Mr. Abergel received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
