Sean Lucy

Sean Lucy is responsible for the structuring, underwriting and closing of Arbor’s more complex, high-profile transactions as well as those requiring an enhanced level of analysis, diligence and understanding.

Mr. Lucy joined Arbor as Vice President, Structured Finance Underwriter, in 2017. In this role, he performed all aspects of financial analysis, underwriting and loan structuring, including statement analysis, risk assessment, projections, sensitivity analysis, industry and management assessments, collateral analysis and credit approval documentation. He has worked on numerous portfolios and some of the largest transactions Arbor’s Bridge group has executed. Before coming to Arbor, Mr. Lucy was a Director at Park Bridge Financial, LLC. He also held positions at Merrill Lynch and Black Equities Group, LTD.

Mr. Lucy holds a Master of Business Administration from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.
