Vice President, Sales
Sean Rose is responsible for originating loans across all of Arbor’s portfolio of products, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, single-family rental (SFR) portfolios, Private Label, Bridge, CMBS, Mezzanine, and Preferred Equity.
 
Mr. Rose is a commercial real estate professional with more than 12 years of industry experience. Before joining Arbor, he was a Vice President at BluePoint Commercial Mortgage, serving as a mortgage broker. Throughout his tenure in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Rose has held several roles, including VP, originator, senior associate, and senior analyst. He has been involved in the closing of over $1 billion in loan commitments over the course of his career.
 
Mr. Rose received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky.
