Senior Vice President, Controller
Stephen Liotta is responsible for accounting operations for all Arbor entities, as well as internal control compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, and coordination with internal and external auditors.
 
Mr. Liotta has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate and financial services industries and joined Arbor in 2008 as Controller. Prior to Arbor, he held Assistant Controller and expense management roles at American Home Mortgage, AXA Financial, and GreenPoint Financial.
 
Mr. Liotta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Queens College, City University of New York.
