Toby Schreiner

Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Underwriter, Portfolio Retention
Toby Schreiner is responsible for oversight of Arbor’s loan assumption and supplemental underwriting process, while also managing operations and reporting of the portfolio retention management department.
 
Mr. Schreiner joined Arbor in 2013 and has extensive experience across many facets of underwriting, including as an analyst and portfolio retention specialist. He is a member of Arbor’s Loan Committee, and was promoted to Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Underwriter, Portfolio Retention in 2024.
 
Mr. Schreiner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Babson College, and a Master of Science in Management from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
