William Connolly joined Arbor in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of all transactions. His primary focus is on legal issue oversight of loan originations; asset purchases and sales; asset management activities, including loan restructuring and work-outs; and issuance and management of collateralized loan obligation (CLO) structures.
Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Connolly was an associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Preceding that role, he was an associate at Kaye Scholer LLP.
Mr. Connolly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from the University of Notre Dame. He also earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
