Howard Leiner

Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Howard Leiner, Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, joined Arbor in December of 2018. Mr. Leiner is responsible for overseeing all of the strategic, operational and technical management of Arbor’s enterprise-wide technology infrastructure.

Prior to joining Arbor, Mr. Leiner served as Managing Director, Global Head of Private Bank Technology for Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman Sachs, he also held the roles of Managing Director, Global Head of Foreign Exchange Trading and Sales Technology, and Managing Director, Global Head of Mortgage Trading and Sales Technology.

Mr. Leiner earned a Master of Computer Science from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
