The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced a $3 billion boost to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s volume cap for loan purchases in 2025 to $146 billion ($73 billion for each agency). Chris Femino

Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Underwriter, Agency Lending

Chris Femino is responsible for managing the underwriting pipeline of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac executions. In addition, as a member of Arbor’s Loan Committee, Mr. Femino reviews all underwriting packages for both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan products to ensure prudent and accurate underwriting, as well as adherence to agency guidelines.

Mr. Femino came to Arbor as a Screening Analyst in 2007 and later moved to the Underwriting department as a Processing Analyst. He also held the position of Associate Underwriter before advancing through the ranks to his current role.

Mr. Femino holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
