The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced a $3 billion boost to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s volume cap for loan purchases in 2025 to $146 billion ($73 billion for each agency). Gillian Harrington

Gillian Harrington oversees the Portfolio Management and Loan Surveillance teams to ensure that Arbor’s portfolio of loans, borrower relationships, and investor partnerships are optimized for performance and risk mitigation across product lines.

Ms. Harrington joined Arbor in 2008 as an Operations Analyst in the Structured group. In 2012, she moved to the Loan Surveillance group, most recently as VP.

Ms. Harrington holds a Master of Business Administration from Canisius College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.
