John Edwards brings nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance to Arbor. He is responsible for originating all of the company’s multifamily and commercial product lines, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, SFR Portfolios, CMBS, Bridge, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity transactions. He has expertise in Agency, CMBS and CDO products, with a deep understanding of the current trends in the commercial real estate finance market.

Prior to Arbor, he held positions at Wellington Management Company and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Edwards graduated from St. Michael’s College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
