The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced a $3 billion boost to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s volume cap for loan purchases in 2025 to $146 billion ($73 billion for each agency). Breandan Fisher

Breandan Fisher is responsible for managing a team of underwriters for Arbor’s pipeline of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac products.

Mr. Fisher joined Arbor in 2012 as a Screening Analyst. He consistently moved up through the ranks at Arbor, serving as Underwriting Analyst and Senior Underwriter among other previous roles. He has worked in his current capacity as a Deputy Chief Underwriter since 2021, at which time he also became a member of the Arbor Loan Committee.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University, with a concentration in finance.
