Matthew Chase

Matthew Chase is responsible for managing Arbor’s pipeline of Freddie Mac Small Balance (SBL) Loans.

He began his career at Arbor in 2012 as a screening analyst and quickly advanced through the underwriting ranks. Mr. Chase managed the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac pipeline, serving as Vice President, Deputy Chief Underwriter and then Chief Underwriter, Small Balance Loans, Agency Lending.

Mr. Chase is a member of Arbor’s Loan Committee, which works directly with the underwriting and sales staff to ensure deals are underwritten soundly and meet the requested timelines.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
