Andrew DiConza

SVP, Associate General Counsel

Andrew DiConza is responsible for managing all legal matters related to Arbor’s single- family rental (SFR) platform, from loan origination through delivery, including financing short- and long-term SFR portfolio investments such as lines of credit, build-to-rent (BTR), fixed-rate and floating-rate permanent financing, and bridge financing. He also oversees all legal matters related to loan transactions and documentation and manages outside counsel for Arbor’s SFR platform.

Mr. DiConza joined Arbor in 2019 and has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Prior to Arbor, he was an associate at Alston & Bird LLP representing institutional CRE lenders. He began his legal career at Wilson Elser, focusing on the investigation, preparation, and trial in the defense of major cases in a variety of areas, including liability of large corporations, directors, and officers.

Mr. DiConza received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
