Jeanette Foote is responsible for the quality control review of Arbor’s ongoing compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, in addition to external regulatory and investor requirements.
Ms. Foote has been with Arbor for more than 20 years, 15 of which have been in the firm’s Operational Compliance department. She manages and oversees Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Lender assessments, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Government National Mortgage Association (GNMA) reporting and reviews, master servicer and rating agency reviews, and internal quality control servicing and asset management reviews, helping to maintain Arbor’s rankings and compliance. She also successfully created and continues to manage an in-house training platform, Arbor University, to provide mandatory corporate and compliance training, operational training, and professional enrichment and development.
Ms. Foote holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University, a Master of Science in Taxation from Long Island University Post, and a professional certificate in Administration from Long Island University Post.
