Jordan Engelhardt manages loan enforcement activities at Arbor. In this role, he works closely with legal, compliance, and business leaders across the company to plan and execute legal strategy and drive positive outcomes for Arbor.

Prior to joining Arbor in 2024, Mr. Engelhardt practiced law for over 14 years with a focus on commercial real estate and structured finance. He was a partner at A.Y. Strauss LLC and, preceding that role, served as counsel at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP.

Mr. Engelhardt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.
