Matthew Miale

Senior Vice President, Securitization & Reporting

Matthew Miale is responsible for monitoring investor reporting for Arbor’s CLOs and bank facilities, and works closely with the Securitization, Treasury and Legal departments on the issuance of new CLOs.

With more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate and banking, Mr. Miale previously served as Managing Director of ACRES Capital in Westbury, NY. In this role, he led a team responsible for preliminary deal screening, underwriting activities and asset management of loans in the company’s real estate portfolio. He also managed the valuation and audit process, investor reporting activities, technology initiatives, compliance, and the development of policies and procedures. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miale was employed by TD Bank, N.A., where he held the positions of NYC Market Credit Manager and Vice President, CRE Credit Specialist II.

Mr. Miale has a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware.
