Michael Long

Senior Vice President, Credit Risk Management

Michael Long manages the Credit Risk Management and Analyst groups, which are responsible for managing the data entry into the enterprise servicing system and ensuring data quality throughout the life of the loan. He also works together with Servicing and Asset Management and the IT department to develop technology solutions to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Before joining Arbor in 2012, Mr. Long worked at M&T Bank where he managed its data and analytics team, which provided support, reporting, and data analysis to various internal business units.

Mr. Long holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Biotechnology Management from the University of Buffalo.
