RoseElla Frankiewich

Senior Vice President, Servicing Operations

RoseElla Frankiewich manages the operations unit of Arbor’s commercial servicing group in Depew, NY. In this role, Ms. Frankiewich has oversight of investor reporting, accounting, payment processing, escrow analysis, customer service, UCC Compliance, as well as the Tax and Insurance departments. In addition, she manages the servicing administration of Arbor’s bridge, mezzanine, preferred equity and Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) portfolios.

Ms. Frankiewich brings extensive experience to her current role, having served almost 30 years in the commercial multifamily servicing industry. Prior to joining Arbor, Ms. Frankiewich was an Assistant Vice President and Manager of Commercial Mortgage Operations for KeyCorp Real Estate. In addition, she held several supervisory and management positions within the servicing department at KeyCorp.
