Sarah Brinkman is responsible for managing multifamily bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity investments in the southeast region for Arbor’s Structured Asset Management department. She also oversees asset managers and analysts in Arbor’s Atlanta office who work with borrower compliance on loan covenants, performance thresholds, and progress of capital projects and business plan execution, in addition to managing loan modifications, restructuring, and workouts for assets located in the southeast.
Ms. Brinkman has nearly 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, including transactions and investments, equity asset management, and debt asset management. She joined Arbor in 2023 and rose through the asset management ranks before being promoted to Senior Vice President, Structured Asset Management, in 2025. Prior to Arbor, she held asset management roles at Greystone, Affordable Equity Partners, Inc., and DVO Real Estate.
Ms. Brinkman received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Penn State University.
