Stuart Levy

Senior Vice President, Non-Agency Product and Syndication

Stuart Levy is a senior underwriter in the Arbor Private Construction group. He utilizes his extensive banking relationships and underwriting experience to maintain Arbor’s strategic partnerships and provide existing clients with alternative lending solutions.

Mr. Levy has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience and began his career in a portfolio management role at Deutsche Bank before moving to originations and underwriting at Wells Fargo. Most recently, he was Director of Real Estate Finance at Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen, where he was responsible for originating and underwriting commercial real estate acquisition, mezzanine, permanent, and bridge financing.

Mr. Levy received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.
