The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced a $30 billion boost to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s volume cap for loan purchases in 2026 to $176 billion ($88 billion for each agency). Mr. Fazio has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate lending industries and possesses more than 20 years of sales management experience.

Mr. Fazio oversees the implementation of Arbor’s sales strategy along with the development of new and emerging markets. These efforts, in collaboration with those of the entire Arbor team, have aided the company in becoming and remaining a Top 10 Fannie Mae DUS® lender for more than a decade.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the State University of New York.
