Anthony Merolla

Anthony Merolla manages all legal matters related to the Arbor Private Label loan platform from origination through securitization. He also structures, negotiates and closes Arbor bridge, mezzanine and preferred equity financing transactions. In his prior role with Arbor as Associate General Counsel, Mr. Merolla helped establish the firm’s Single Family Rental Portfolio platform, where he continues to lend support.

Prior to joining Arbor in 2017, Mr. Merolla was Head of Transaction Management at KGS-Alpha Real Estate and Director at Eurohypo AG. Preceding those in-house counsel roles, he practiced real estate finance law at Kelley Drye & Warren, LLP and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP.

Anthony earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
