Mitch Printz is responsible for originating all types of Arbor loan products, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, SFR Portfolios, CMBS, Arbor Private Label, Bridge, Mezzanine, and Preferred Equity transactions.
Mr. Printz, based in Boston, joined Arbor in 2023 and has two decades of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industries. Prior to joining Arbor, he was an originator at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital where he was responsible for originating loans across the U.S. Before Grandbridge, Mitch was on the originations team at RED Capital Group. He was also an Assistant Vice President in the Derivatives Group at Capital One in New York, advising commercial real estate owners on interest rate risk.
Mr. Printz received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Arizona. He received a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
