Frank Maniglia

Managing Director, Agency Lending Operations

Frank Maniglia oversees Arbor’s loan operations, ensuring effective deal management, process refinement as well as the scalability necessary to support increased volume.

Since joining Arbor in 2007, Mr. Maniglia has played a significant role in successfully positioning Arbor to handle rapid growth. He was previously the company’s Director of Operations and was responsible for overseeing front-end loan processing, managing the front-end of the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan production areas, and coordinating processing from application through underwriting. Prior to Arbor, Mr. Maniglia worked at Corcoran Management Group.

Mr. Maniglia received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Providence College.
